The instructions are clear and were so easy for me to understand. The materials Ms.Good uses are few and basic and I already had most of them on hand and available. I found nothing toxic involved...so I jumped right in following her directions in this book.
All I can say is "WoW". All my 8 year old grandson can say is "Cool!" I am thrilled with my mask. The end result was so light weight and comfortable, yet sturdy and inflexible. The process was fast and uncomplicated. I love it and plan to create more.
